| Black tea results from allowing tea leaves to go through
their natural oxidation process. After harvest, the tea
leaves are withered and rolled, bruising them and turning them a
coppery-red color in just a few hours. Firing the leaves then stops
oxidation.

Brewing Tips:
- Boil filtered water
- Measure 1 level tsp. of tea per 8-10 oz. cup into teapot, infuser
or t-sactm.
- Pour boiling water over tea and steep covered for 5-7 minutes.
Experiment with quantities and steep times to find your perfect
cup. Enjoy either with or without milk and sweetener. |
