| Taylor Maid’s introduction into the world of tea
was inspired by the herbs that thrive in the coastal hills of Sonoma
County, California. Many of the featured herbs and flowers in our
tisanes are harvested, dried and hand-processed right here on the
farm. We also enlist the help of organic growers worldwide to complete
our ingredient list with plants native to foreign lands. There is
a story behind every ingredient we use; when combined to create
our blends, they tell a new story. We’d like to share it with
you.
Join us in our love affair with the plants that have been sharing
their healthful benefits and enticing flavors with people as long
as we’ve walked this earth.
Brewing Tips:
- Boil filtered water.
- Measure 1 level tsp. of tea per 8-10 oz. cup into teapot, infuser
or t-sactm.
- Pour over hot water and steep covered for 5-10 minutes. When
drinking a tisane for its health benefits, steep for at least
15 minutes.
Experiment with quantities and steep times to find your perfect
cup. |
