Duskie Estes and John Stewart are the chef-owners of this truly “Farm to Table” diner with SoCo culinary flair. They have a “snout to tail” philosophy about their cooking, producing their own Black Pig salumi and bacon, and they cultivate a good deal of their own produce on the restaurant farm, overseen by gardener Milo Mitchel. Don’t miss their “Better Butter,” a peanut butter ice cream sandwich paired with a Scharffen Berger Chocolate fondue dipping sauce, a house-made gelato, or an incredible maple bacon doughnut, and while you’re enjoying your dessert, be sure to order Taylor Maid Farms coffee in a French press, or experience a cappuccino, latte, or mocha made with one of our single origins pulled as espresso.
